THE SERVICE PROVIDED BY VAGON INVESTMENTS SPA THROUGH THEIR QUICKEX PRODUCT IS PROVIDED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS. Transfers through the Quickex® Service owned by VAGON INVESTMNTS SpA may be sent and collected at most Quickex Agent locations. all over the world. Money transfers are available for collection in just minutes, subject to the business hours of the local Quickex Receiving Agent (“Agent”). Money transfer services Next Day / 2 Days and transfers to accounts are available upon request for limited countries. Money sent using the Next Day / 2 Day service will be available for collection within 24 and 48 hours, respectively. Transfers to bank accounts generally take 3 business days. Exceeding the amount limits, local restrictions or other restrictions in certain countries may delay the transaction. Quickex does not act as agent or representative of any bank for any purpose and does not accept deposits in favor of any bank. Money transfers are usually paid in cash, but some Agents can pay by checks or a combination of cash and check, or perhaps the beneficiary chooses both ways to receive the funds, and some money transfers can be deposited in accounts. Unless otherwise required by applicable law in the country of destination, the Sender will pay all charges for the money transfer service. In certain cases, the payment of a money transfer may be subject to local taxes and service charges. EXCHANGE RATE – Money transfer payments will generally be made in the currency of the destination country (in some countries the payment is available only in US Dollars or other alternative currency). In addition to the commission for the transfer service applicable to each transaction and if the currency that the Sender submits to the Agent is not the currency to be received by the Beneficiary, the currency will be converted at the exchange rate provided by Quickex that is effective at that time. Quickex can earn money from commissions associated with the use of an account. Quickex assumes no responsibility to the Sender or any account holder for any commission, exchange rate used for conversion to a non-local currency, acts or omissions of the intermediary or destination financial service providers. REIMBURSEMENT – Quickex will reimburse the capital amount of a money transfer (at the applicable exchange rate described in this document and that was in effect at the time of reimbursement) upon written request of the Sender if the payment to the Beneficiary has not been made or credited within 45 days. The reimbursements of the commissions for the transfer service are made at the written request of the Sender if the transfer is not available to the Beneficiary within the period specified for the selected service, subject to business hours and the availability of funds in the location selected for Payment and other conditions, including, without limit, conditions beyond the control of Quickex or its Agents, such as weather or telecommunications failures. Fees for the transfer service will not be refunded if the transfer was stopped at the request of the Sender. Payment of some money transfers may be delayed as a result of the application of laws or other applicable legislation. To the extent permitted by law, Quickex may deduct an administrative charge from money transfers that were not collected within a period of one year from the date of shipment.
RESPONSIBILITY – QUICKEX DOES NOT GUARANTEE THE DELIVERY OR SUITABILITY OF ANY PRODUCT OR SERVICE PAID THROUGH A QUICKEX MONEY TRANSFER. THE SENDER’S TRANSACTION DATA IS CONFIDENTIAL AND SHOULD NOT BE SHARED WITH ANY OTHER PERSON OTHER THAN WITH ITS BENEFICIARY. IT IS NOT ADVISED THAT THE SENDER SEND MONEY TO ANY UNKNOWN PERSONS. IN NO EVENT SHALL QUICKEX OR ANY OF ITS AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR DAMAGES, DELAYS, LACK OF PAYMENT OR INSUFFICIENT PAYMENT OF THIS MONEY TRANSFER, OR FOR THE FAILURE OF DELIVERY OF SOME COMPLEMENTARY MESSAGE, WHETHER IS CAUSE OF THE NEGLESS OR OTHERWISE, WHICH EXCEED THE EQUIVALENT SUM OF US $ 500 (IN ADDITION TO THE REIMBURSEMENT OF THE MAIN AMOUNT AND THE COMMISSION FOR THE TRANSFER SERVICE). If the Sender does not make another transaction within the established retention period, the Sender information as well as the Marketing preferences will be deleted. You have the right to access and request a copy of your information for which Quickex reserves the right to charge a small sum to the extent permitted by applicable law.
